TERMS OF SERVICE

  • I have the right to refuse any commission work that I feel uncomfortable with.

  • I will only work with my style.

  • The client may or may not allow the artist to post the commissioned piece on her social media account.

  • References and/or descriptions is a must.

  • Commissioned works may be posted online but I should be given credit and watermark will not be removed.

  • Length of time to finish the commissioned work should be agreed upon by both parties and must be feasible.

  • I must inform the client when unforeseen circumstances arise that may cause delays in finishing the work.

  • A draft will be sent first to the client.

  • I can only accept three (3) minor revisions after the draft is approved by the client. Anything more than that shall incur additional charges.

  • Artworks may only be sent via email.

  • The aforementioned terms are subject to change.

PAYMENT

  • Prices should be agreed by both parties.

  • I may make a simple gif version of the commissioned piece but each slide shall incur an additional 20% charge of the original price with a maximum of 5 slides.

  • 50% of the payment must be sent after the approval of the draft. The remaining 50% shall be paid before I send the final piece through email.

  • Available modes of payment is through GCash (local clients) and Paypal (international clients) only.

  • The client may cancel his/her requests but payments sent are not refundable.

  • Tips are very much appreciated.
